Domestic Orders
Rubber stamp orders submitted with credit card information
will begin processing on the next full business day and will usually ship within the
next following 1 to 2 business days (i.e. an order received on
a Thursday
will begin processing on Friday and shipped either the following Monday
or Tuesday). Other payment methods (check, money order,
credit
card transaction via telephone or PayPal.com) will be processed when
the payment or credit card
information is received. Please note that orders of
25 stamps or
more and specialty stamps (logo, graphic or signature stamps) may require
a longer turn-around time. Visit our Terms

Small orders over $8.00 will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS)
First Class Mail at no additional charge (FREE!!) to the U.S.A..
Orders over 13 oz. will be shipped by either U.P.S. ground delivery
or USPS Priority Mail
at no additional charge (whichever is the most cost effective) to the
USA including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders less than $9.99
there is a shipping
& handling charge of $4.95 for USPS First Class Mail to the
USA.
Orders are shipped
from New Jersey. Normal USPS First Class delivery time
is: East Coast - 2 to 3 postal days; Mid West - 2 to 4 postal
days; West Coast - 3 to 5 postal days. Expect longer
delivery times for orders shipped outside the continental USA or
to Military APO/FPO (AA, AE, AP) addresses. Orders shipped to addresses within the U.S.A. are
considered lost after 14 postal days.
For faster delivery in the USA, orders can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail
or Express Mail as well as all delivery types from United
Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal
Express (FedEx) at their respective charges. The cost of these optional shipping methods
will depend on the order weight and delivery destination. E-mail us if you
prefer an optional shipping method and we will reply back with the exact shipping
cost based by product weight.
PLEASE NOTE: A
order/package that was shipped to an exact address that was
provided to us and is returned by the shipping company because
of an undeliverable address will be charged the actual shipping
cost to re-ship that package. If it is requested that the
returned order is canceled with refund, a 25% restocking fee
will be dedected from that refund. A 25% restocking fee will
also be applied to an order/package that are refused for
delivery unless prior approval by Rubber Stamp Man was given.

International
Orders
International orders will be shipped
by United States Postal Service.
An estimate of shipping rates can be obtain by using the USPS
International Calculator. For estimate purposes, the
average weight of a self-inking stamp package weighs 3 to 5 ounces. After
you order transaction is completed, we will e-mail you with the
shipping cost to your Country. Credit cards are not processed
until time of shipping so if you feel the shipping rate is too
expensive, feel free to cancel your order by notifying us via
e-mail.
You can
also request from us a shipping quote (via e-mail)
for product(s) prior to placing an order and we will reply back
with an estimate shipping charge to your Country.
