We will be glad to re-make your stamp at no additional charge for the
stamp processing.
However, there is a small charge of $3.99 for the re-shipping of the first
corrected stamp and $1.99 for any additional stamps.

If you not 100%
satisfied with the quality of your stamp, simply return the stamp(s) to us
within 14 days of receiving them to the
address
above with a copy of your sales receipt marked "Refund" and we will
refund you the price of your purchase,
less the cost of shipping for items which we offer free shipping. Most
returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of your return being
delivered to us. Please note that all items must be returned in brand new
condition, in cases where the merchandise is returned in a condition other
than the one in which it was sent, we may withhold up to 50% restocking fee
from the refund amount.
Please note that any credit card chargeback claims will incurr a $15.00
processing
fee.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective items can be sent back to us within 30
days of receiving your order for an exchange of the same item.
Send the defective item(s) to the address above and we will ship a replacement to
you at no charge.
