1) product must be returned in the original box (with all parts
included) or in factory sealed packaging (such as stamp pads or blistered packed product),
2) product must be returned in new and saleable condition,
3) product must be return within 14 days of receiving your order,
4) a 25% processing/re-stock charge of the returning product total
may be deducted from your
refund,
5) refunds will be issued by the same method that payment was made:

a) orders paid by a credit credit will be issued a
refund to that same credit card.
b) orders paid by a check or money order will be issued a refund
by check.
c) orders paid by using PayPal.com will be issued a refund
through PayPal.com.

Please note that any credit card
chargeback claims will incurr a $15.00 handling fee.
